We enjoyed our stay! Street parking was easy, especially if you’re used to parking in an urban area. Lyft and Uber costs to the train station were really affordable and the neighborhood itself has a lot of foot traffic and friendly faces. We came and went late at night and never felt concerned.

Great property for an NYC visit. Right next to Liberty Park offering great views of the city and the Statue of Liberty. Good neighborhood with several food options including a convenience store across the street. 5 of us stayed here with 2 each in the bedrooms and 1 on the living room futon. Worked perfect for us. 1 small bathroom, but that posed no issues.

Positive: Maybe location ?
Negative: Bathroom had a 10” clearance between the sink and shower door - if you’re a guy, good luck getting in the shower. Kitchen was at 90F. Window mounted AC units were so loud, couldn’t sleep. We checked out after one night and found a hotel.

Excellent location in quiet neighborhood for a family stay and play adventure. We enjoyed our stay and found there were many places to eat nearby, with convenient transit options into NYC. Our host was great and this apartment met all of our needs!

Clean and comfortable place. Great host! Everything we needed. Always found parking without trouble. Nice area and so close to transportation to NYC that was quick and easy. Also handy that it’s so close to Liberty Park where you can catch the ferry to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. We would definitely stay here again!
