Positive: The property was about 20 minutes walk from restaurants on Grove St. Light rail was a few minutes walk. Good coffee shops close. Eggs Up had friendly staff and good food. Liberty State park is a few minutes walk. Great for running, biking or strolling and access to the waterfront. Negative: Once you open the door to the apartment, you have to navigate a narrow steep stairway. It is an attic space. The bathroom is on one of the eaves so once you enter you have to stay stooped. The rest of the inside is ok if you stay in the middle but otherwise you have to stoop. Since the price is about the same as a hotel, the only advantage is the stove which we did not use.

Perfect stay in New Jersey with easy travel to NYC. Lovely view at night! Steep stairway to the bungalow but we had no problem. Comfortable bed and very nice to have coffee provided.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The heater did not work, so we used an electrical one that was not very good. But everything else was good. That's a good option to stay.
